well i don't thing at 3-4 months u can call ur stomach to be hard. it becomes hard when baby grows little more n start kicmonths it becomes hard n u feel lot of kicks.
heart beat u can feel like this.

After about 3- 3 1/2 months. Doctor told me about heartbeat perhaps around the seventh month. I'm not sure

You don't feel the heartbeat, at least I never have, you can listen for it with a special tube after about 26 weeks or with a doppler by about 8 weeks.
Your stomach gets hard and releases due to Braxton-Hicks contractions, little warm up contractions that have no pattern, starting in the third trimester.

About 3-4 months for your stomach to harden. I don't remember ever feeling the heartbeat!!

The heartbeat happens very early. In the first couple of months. The belly really starts to get big after about five months or when the baby and uterus grow higher than the belly button.

I agree with the rest of the replies, 3 to 4 months is about it. I felt my first kick at about 4 1/2 months. In the second trimester. That is when your baby will start to grow the most inside!

if it's your first kid I would say 3-4 months You really can't feel the heartbeat but can hear it around 12 weeks the doctor always checks it
