my hubby has a bad attitude of being disrespectful to my parents so i told my mother in law and ask for her help to advice his son on such an attitude,i was expecting she would say "ok ill talk to him about that" instead she said "you know what, he is doing something bad, im sure of that" though it didnt cross my mind she would think that way, im not sure know what she's up to..she's a christian and would always say my hubby has bad spirits inside, i mean, why would she think that way about her son?moms would always defend their sons right?so i reacted brutally and said"i can always live w/o your son and would never run desperately after him" she shut up..now everytime we see her she's kinda awkward with me

Well i already told my hubby and he was shocked, he couldnt believe his mom would think he was doing anything bad for that matter(me too), he got offended of what she did and i told him how i reacted to his mom's assumption, he did not take it against me..now he's changed a bit. So im not sure if she's just trying to put a strain in my relationship with my hubby when everything is well between the two of us inspite of the "disrespectful" issue...i guess i did not break her heart but she's the one trying to break something..oh well!

Of'course she acts wierd! You broke her heart. What an awful thing to say to your husbands mother! She probably loves you like a daughter. She obviously knows how much you mean to her son. Mothers dont always defend us sons. They know we have flaws.
What you said to her was horrible. It was heartless, mean and evil. Whether you meant it to be or not, it was. Seriously, no well adjusted girl is with her husband because she cant live, get by without him. You seriously hurt her. Not only that, but now she has to worry when you are going to leave her son and destroy him.
Seriously, your post reads like you went to the moms'nlaw for help and she agreed with you. Yet, you don't think that is right either.
What do you think saying something so hateful will accomplish?

if mom says he's doing something bad 9 times out of 10 guess what she's right, u should be listening and looking for signs.

Unless he is a child, don't run to his mommy about what he does. Grow the hell up and maybe he'll react like an adult as well.

Just tell your husband yourself.
Let him know you dont like the way he talks to your parents.
I dont think too many in-laws really get on with each other.
