can a 16 yr. old leave home without going to court???

if it is a bad situation and you are a very responsible person and have a safe place to go and are going to stay in school and go to a state where the legal age is sixteen then yes, but if you wait until things blow over you may wake up with a different outlook, sleep on it!

That's not a proper reaction.. If you have any problems then try to solve it and ask for help..Leaving home is not something you should do .. although i dont think you will go to court if you do..Just try to fix your problems and face them...it's the best way

If you want to leave home,then you can leave it . There is no restriction of age.But why are you doing so ? If you have some problem then face it .Talk to your parents & solve that problem.
