What city or town in the state of New Mexico generally has the highest summer temperature?

I took a look at all the communities of notable size in NM.

With AVERAGE July temperatures of 95.8 F, the towns of Truth or Consquences and Carlsbad are tied for the honor, with Logan coming in at 3rd with 95.2F average. The tiebreaker - June, August, and September avergaes bear out that T or C is slightly warmer in the summer months. Lovely town though.

Las Cruces, its in the desert and at the lowest elevations for the cities of any size. Santa Fe is way up in the mountains. And Albuquerque is up over 5,000 ft., so it doesn't get really hot.
