My ex is a drop kick and won't allow my partner to become a guardian of my kids what should I do next?

I really need my partner to become guardian of my kids so that if I am not around and my son needs immediate attention my partner can sign for it

Nothing you can do if he won't sign it.

what you need to do is sign a letter now and have the letter state you want your spouse to give your son medical care if you cannot authorize it. take it to a notary rebulic and have her sign it and it will be a legal document. this should hold up. good luck.
