Oh s**t, I should have known this one would attract the wackos.

For the record, I believe the idea of a God is ridiculous, and as for the conspiracy (pot induced) theories, I wish I lived on that plane...

we first have to know what language they use, be it sound wave, or through mind reading then will we be able to communicate. i would love to know that there are people who are smart enough to look at or listen to certain language at one go and be able to repeat them... that would be like major WOW!!! but to date, i have not heard of any, maybe there are people who are being trained to do that and we do not even know....heeeheheheh

Only if you agree to follow them to their ship and agree to go on board. They will tell you what planet they are from and what galaxy.
If you agree to lay down for an examination - they will tell you the similarity between their species and you.
If you stay 1 night - you just get an examination and kicked out - back to where they found you - running around telling everyone - you were abducted - no one will believe you - except others who choose the 1 night plan.
If you stay 3 nights - two days - they will kick you out back to where they found you - but you'll have special powers (artistic, basketball, law, computers, etc.) - you see this one is tricky - when you leave you won't know - this power could be good or bad.
If you stay a week - then you have the power to be a world leader - cause wars - promote peace - a great communicator - allow industrial businesses to have practices that destroy the environment - allow people to do things that destroy the environment - allow man to destroy the rain forest - practices that is causing the extinctions of certain species - have the knowledge to produce weapons that will destroy everything - produce weapons that will effect your unborn children.
You see what I'm trying to say the leaders of any country - because non of them have practices that will lead to the survival of human beings - that look like them - you know 2 hands - 2 feet- etc. They communicate with extra terrestrials! So the answer is YES!

We're all actively or passively communicating with extra-terrestrials, there just doesn't seem to be a way to proove it. Since the advent of theoretical "dark-matter and energy", I'm wondering if branching into those 'unknowns' will lead to manifestations of other life-forms. Also a theory on one of the educational TV channels, posited "membrane-theory" in such a way that I couldn't help but imagine a collection of beings taking part in the creation of THIS universe. Again, in GENESIS', it was written;
"Let US make man in OUR image."

It depends on the nature of the extraterrestials.

It is conceivable that they have faculties, like speech and hearing, similar to us so that we can communicate with them. It is also conceivable that it is impossible for us to communicate with them. We might be unable to get in touch by means that are physically inaccessible to us, or alternatively their ideas may be so different from ours - for instance that may be far more intelligent than us - that we are unable to comprehend them.

Suppose there are an infinite number of worlds and every imaginable sort of being occurs in at least one of them. The implication of this reply is that we could communicate with some of them, but not others.

Of course, we have to find a way of meeting the extraterrestials before we can try to communicate. It is an empirical question whether or not this is possible.

Sure you can.How do you know you're not communicating with one right now?As for the species on Earth that we can't properly communicate with,it's because we don't try hard enough.I think ETs walk among us sometimes, pretending to be one of us.It's easy to tell which ones they are, though. They are the ones perceived as smart and normal.Definitely different from most of us...

It's amazing that people see creation all around them but they can't believe that God created every thing. But if a scientist picks up an audible sound in space that has a pattern then that means "intelligent life."

"In the beginning God created them male & female"

No absolutely not. There are no living things aside here on earth. We can't communicate with them (and vise versa) because God made it that way. He has His own plans and reason and I think we should leave it that way for our own good. Hope I helped you.

I believe that if extra terrestials came to earth I think we could communicate with them. The reason being that they have advanced means to reach us which means they communicated to build it. Which means that they communicate and can build advanced technologies meaning they are and advanced species.

We can communicate with any being or animal alive. Whether or not they hear and understand what we are saying is a totally different matter.

It would make things much easier if we could. You're right, though..we might have an easier time trying to communicate with a pie.
