It's likely the writer feared his un copyrighted idea would be stolen ( I can only imagine WHO could want such) and took it off....or perhaps the movie studio/owner of the rights to the Batman and/or Predator characters/films had legal muscle to remove it.
Probably for good reason: the idea sounds a little out there.
