No. that's ridiculous. You can graft lemon branches and orange branches onto the same citrus tree, and the different branches will still produce fruit of the proper kind. It's called a "Fruit salad tree."
I know two people who have them, as well as actual lemon trees, and actual orange trees growing safely together in the same garden without any problems with their flavor. I know a lot of people with just the lemon, and orange, and sometimes tangerines, grapefruit, tangelos, navels, valencias, blood oranges and cumquats. Also, UC riverside has a grove with all kinds of different citrus plants growing together on a couple acres of land. Each one produces it's own citrus fruit.
Of course, if your lemon, and orange tree make flowers at the same time, it is possible that they will cross-pollinate, but that will only change the nature of the seeds, not of the fruit itself, and you will not get any freaky lemoranges, or whatever growing unless you plant A LOT of the seeds to make new trees, which rarely works anyway.

I guess the only thing you would worry about( if you're a worrier) is cross pollination.I guess you would end up with some strange fruit but I had an apple and a pear tree close together and nothing happened so it might be OK for the orange and lemon trees since they are both citrus trees.

This is what I suggest: Mix baking soda and witch hazel/or water together until it comes to a good constancy, and then spread on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. These two things are very inexpensive and it's very easy to do since there is only two ingredients. Toothpaste is good for drying out your pimple (for some people). Put only a little bit before you go to sleep. Some people use this as a mask but DON‘T EVER DO THIS! It can change your skin tone and make your face discolored. But this is not recommended to everyone because it can make it worse. Try to buy a cleanser that works for you, and when you wash your face, open your pores with hot water (not too hot, or it will dry out your skin) and massage it gently into your skin. Then, use cold water at the end to close you pores. The smaller your pores are, the less likely you're prone to pimples. Clearasil, Neutrogena, and proactive are good choices to start if you want a cleanser. THey might not work for you, so try different products. Don't use body soaps because they dry out your skin. Don't scrub too hard when you wash your face, because it can irritate your skin. Zinc (type of vitamin) is the one of the best things you can use to get rid of pimples. You can buy these almost about any large store (such as Wal-Mart or Shaws.) Have one or two tablet per day and try to cut down the junk food and replace it with vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and don't pop you acne. Popping acne can lead to acne scars. Zinc can be found in many types of fishes. If you have sensitive skin, don't use make up. Some of the things in make up can clog your pores and cause pimples. Keep your hands out of your face as much as you can because you hands are full of bacteria and oils. Keep your hair out of your face because the oils in your hair could go into your pores. Change you sheets because they're are trapped with dirt, oils, etc. An egg yoke can be used to make you pores smaller. I used this when I had pimples. Just take the egg yolk (the yellow part) and leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water and then splash your face with cold water. Aloe vera helps acne scars lighten and less noticeable (lemon, cocoa butter, witch hazel, and tea tree oil do the same thing). Use the gel (of the aloe plant) or the real thing.

I'm 14, and I have a bit of acne on my forehead. It's been there for a while and it's starting to go away. My friends and I have used Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. Twice a day for a while should make them leave. Also, wash your face in the shower. If you have bangs, keep them off of your face until the acne goes away, the oil in your hair will keep the acne there. Sleep with hair off of face. A few of my friends have also used Clean and Clear Persa-Gel 10 a few times a day. If your face starts to dry out from washing, use a moistureizer. Try not to touch your face, and don't pick at the zits. Oh, and a little beauty tip: Don't rub your face dry, PAT it dry (prevents wrinkles when you're older) Hope this helps:)
