It's eaisy to get illegal fireworks...but should we worry about them being illegal? I hate laws on no fireworks, even the "Safe and Sane" Fireworks sold here in California. Those fireworks suck anyways so that just makes me go to Nevada and get the good stuff. Does anyone agree with me?

Yes, they should be legal, because even though they could cause more injuries, so can any weapon or tool, and besides, it's only for a couple of weeks or so.

No, I don't agree with you. The "good" fireworks should be left to people specially trained. They are explosives, and can backfire and injure you or someone else. If they set off at the wrong angle it could catch someones house on fire or damage something else.....like a car. Leave it to the trained people.

yah i do, i hate fireworks laws. I dont think u can even use sparklers in AZ, but i wuldnt kno, not like i pay attention...
