Two things:
One, you're a perfect example of why the education systems are always taking so much heat.
And two, the people who say that he is "acting black" are engaging in a racist mindset. It's a double standard, because nobody would ever rip on a black man for "acting white." Race doesn't dictate behavior; behavior is heavily influenced by environment, and thus, if he grew up in an environment where this form of speech and behavior is prominent, then it could very well be a natural way for him to behave, and not just a performance.
And on the other side of that, I'm also willing to bet that most black people to whom this behavior is attributed only act this way because it is considered to be cool, and because it is glorified by rap artists, actors, athletes, etc. which would make them just as big of posers. The only difference is that society generalizes, and accepts this as a standard behavior for blacks.
Although, it could very well be a performance. I just wanted to point out what a racist mentality that is.
