make sure you are using the latest drivers

You have the right hardware and all.. This happen to my friend thee other day too.. Make sure the power supply is connected to the videocard and also make sure your power supply puts out at least 450 watts and has ample cooling... Good luck! also check your firewall if your playing online that it's not blocking the required ports to play the game online!

Try uninstall and reinstall a new driver
