well... im not sure if he likes me but he always bugs me! he Never Leaves me alone!He takes my stuff and doesnt give it back till he notices that im angry , and sometimes he even stalks whatever im doing... im CREEPED! is it because he likes me or is he just weird? HELP!

hmmmm....Well as a guy one he is ether boired,likes you or is possably up to somthing esle.The only thing i can say for you to do is to ask him if he likes you (he being a guy would say no) so after that just tell him to stop f**kin with you and your stuff.

It sounds like he likes you. But you need to be upfront and tell him to leave you alone. And put your foot down. Restraining orders are useless because if a man really wants to hurt you, what difference does it make to him if you have a piece of paper saying he has to back off? Typically with dangerous people it just makes them angry.
I'm not saying he's like that, but someone mentioned getting one, and I want to explain why they are useless. Also, if he's the kind of guy to obey a restraining order, then you don't need one. Make sense? It's only a piece of paper that gives you a sense of false security.
If you suspect he is dangerous, get protection. I'm not trying to freak you out, I just want you to be aware of your options. But he sounds harmless, so I would just talk to him and tell him you just want to be left alone. If he doesn't listen, then try to ignore him. He probably just wants your attention, which may equal interest to him. Don't let him think that you're interested.
I agree with Dave. The Gift of Fear is an excellent source.
Gavin de Becker is brilliant. The book is also very inexpensive now because it's been out for so long.

How old are you? still in school? then tell your parents what's happening and ask them to talk to the school principal or teacher about this guy... if it doesn't stop bugging you then change school or take some karate lessons and always carry a pepper gas in your pocket (if that is legal in your state).

Id say he has no other friends to hang around with and must think that you are always nice to him, so he thinks you are one of his friends.
Either that, or he really likes you but has no idea how to act around a girl
Hopefully he is not dangerous

I think he likes you..Stupid loser guys does that to get the attention of whoever they like...Although some bully does that not to get your attention but to get the attention of other people. You can either file a law suit on him... Or just ask some of your friends or people older to help you get rid of him.
