Coffee is a diuretic that makes your body expel fluids trhough the urine more quickly than normal. Your colon also needs fluids to expel feces. In effect, drinking too much coffee dehydrates the body and does not give the colon what it needs. If I had caffeine related colon problems, I would fast from drinking coffee and drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt. Sea salt and clean water doubles my bowel movements and clears my colon.

Also switch from table salt to sea salt for salting your food

For the stomach problems, I would drink a glass of apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon three times in one day. This will knock out the stomach cramps and restore good flora for your plugged up gut.
