I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Maybe if you tan on Venus where its 400 degrees and you fry the fat off, but here on earth, laying sedentary on a towel for hours is going to make you gain weight, if anything. If you tan by running 3 miles with your shirt off everyday, then yes, you probably will lose weight (and gain a lot of attention from boys if you're female).

That sounds stupid. The only way tanning might help you lose weight would be the thought that, omg, its summer time and I need to lose some weight so I'll look good in my bikini!. Otherwise, whoever told you that is just pulling your leg.

Maybe if you sweat while tanning, you would lose some water weight from the sweat. It's a silly idea. It is better to hit the gym and burn off the calories.

The only way you'll lose way by tanning is by getting cancer, and nobody wants that.

No, but it will help you to appear thinner. When you are tan, its like wearing black, its darker so it gives the appearance of a thinner you.
