Wear sandals or go barefoot as much as possible. If you are in shoes and on your feet most of the day, change your socks during the day or in between activities. After you shower rub your feet with some Tea Tree Oil, or peppermint foot lotion. Odor is often caused by bacteria (and moisture..over active sweat glands aka Hyperhydrosis) so; wash your sneakers, spray your shoes with a disinfectant, change your insoles frequently, use some powder. Shoes made from man made materials really can make your feet stinky too. Leather or any well ventilated shoe is best. You can also soak your feet...Epsom salts or a bit of baking soda and peroxide, peppermint tea, witch hazel. Some folks also say apple cider vinegar really helps too. All of these things will also help prevent Athlete's Foot. Good luck.

Alka-Seltzer: Dissolve two Alka-Seltzer tablets in a quart of warm water and soak your feet in the solution for 15 min. twice a week (unless you are allergic to asprin, a key ingredient in Alka-Seltzer). The baking soda in the alka-seltzer increases the acid level in your feet, inhibiting odor-producing bacteria.

Arm & Hammer baking soda: Dissolve two tabelspoons of Arm & Hammer baking soda in one gallon of warm water. Twice a week, soak your feet in the solution for 15 minutes. This has the same effect as the Alka-Seltzer.

Heinz White Vinegar: Add one cup Heinz White Vinegar to a gallon of water and soak your feet in the solutionfor 15 minutes. The acid in the vinegar lowers the pH level in your skin, neutralizing odors.

Jell-O: Soaking your feet in ready-made Jell-O for 20 minutes deodorizes smelly feet.

Kingsford's Corn Starch: After a shower, powder your feet with Kingsford's Corn Starch and frequently sprinkle the inside of your shoes with cornstarch to keep them dry as well.

Lipton Tea Bags and Kingsford's Corn Starch: Boil 3 or 4 Lipton tea Bags in 1 quart water for 10 minutes. Add enough cold water to make a comfortable soak. Soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes, then dry them and apply Kingsford's Corn starch. Do this twice a day until foor odor is under control. Then continue twice a week to keep odor under control. The tannin in the tea is a drying agent, giving you a measure of control over foor perspiration.

Listerine: Soaking your feet in Listerine kills orod causing bacteria.

Morton Salt: Dissolve 1 cup Morton Salt in a gallon of warm water and soak your feet in the solution. The salt water solution dries the skin.

Right guard: Spray your feet with Right Guard to deodorize them. (Do not use deodorant on athlete's foot fungus. The deodorant will sting the lesions).

Smirnoff Vodka: After washing your, swab them with Smirnoff Vodka. The alcohol in the vodka dries your feet.

NOTE: Most of this is straight out of the book. I'm pretty sure you can use any brand of these products.
