It gets easier, i know its hard to believe right now, but time makes things a lil better. Try to keep yourself busy thats a biggie right there. and stay away from things and situations that might remind you of your ex

Everything that remind you about her cant take place where you live. Make some courses of sport. Use your time like you used it before she appeared. Like this period was a dream. Group your friends and go entertain in best clubs. Rest a while. Look at other girls, youll see that there are more other better. Just think that was a dream too real. If you dream that someone die, when wake up you wany cry! So it was dream. It will be easier for you. Try

I've been there and trust me it's not a happy place. I've been with a girl for 4 years and then all of a sudden we're done. There's no cure for what we're feeling or how we're supposed to react after. My best advice to you is this. You keep your head held high, feel confident about yourself, and don't forget to cherish the memories you had with your ex. Slowly and surely you will break out of this shell and you will meet someone else who deserves you more. You will smile and laugh again I promise you.

this is a very sensitive situation you r in. its very hard when you lose someone u really care about. it takes alot of time to overcome it but you will overcome it and move on. no one can tell you how to rebuild yourself or how to make the pain go away. the best thing to do is to talk about it and take small steps everyday until u can recover.find someone u can talk to about what has happened and what caused this loss that always helps out. but all i can say is it takes time this is not something that will disappear overnight. it took me two years to get over my loss and than i found someone or should i say he found me and things are way better now. i have coped with my loss and moved on with my life. just always remember all the good times yall had and learn from all the bad things that happened.
