There is a method you can use that will help you remember your dreams. It's this: before you go to sleep, say to yourself, "Tonight, I will remember my dreams." Say it slowly three times silently to yourself. Put a note pad and pen by your bed. When you wake up, don't talk, just close your eyes again and drift back to that dream. Then write it down. If you want more information on the practice called DreamTending, go online to Pacific University.

Just like selective hearing, People do not take value to dreams, because to them it's just a dream. So even though they might remember, but "who cares" is their theory. My suggestion, if you can train yourself, so to speak, to wake up during a dream. Write it down immediately. Now weather or however you want to place that dream in your awake state, that's by your choice. Good luck

You might have sleeping problems. Or a sleeping disorder. There are about 10 different types of sleeping disorders, affecting about 70,000 people in the U.S., and most of those who have one , are completly unaware of it.
There are many steps/levels in sleep. And only when we reach the last level (i think is the last level), is when we dream. Some of these sleeping disorders, is what might keep people from reaching this level and sleep. Consequently , this will disable you from dreaming.
If you take some time reading about all the different kinds of sleeping disorders, you might help yourself by trying to see the simptoms for each of the disorders. If you are diagnosed with any of these disorders, there are treatments to combat these disorders> Then you will have a higher possibility of having dreams.

Everyone dreams but not all people remember their dreams. Some nights I remember them very well and others I can't remember any of them. I don't know of any way you can remember them.

You do have dreams but you are just not remembering them. If you never reached the dream state it would mean that you are never getting good sleep and you would eventually become sleep deprived and go insane.

everyone dreams. you just may or may not remember them. if you have trouble, like i do, try sitting on the edge of your bed when you wake up and trying to remember. if you remember the slightest bit of your dreams, write it down. practicing this technique will strengthen the ability to remember. i am in the process of trying this and so far it has been working for me.

they have dreams
because they sleep so well that they don't know the dreams they have had

later in your life, you will 'see dreams' - when you don't sleep well
