Well... if she is pregnant (hence been doing guys), she won't have sex with you, and you're not sure she feels the same way you do about her(according to your other questions)... then I'd say leave her she's not worth it and she's not at all serious about the relationship like you seem to be.
Go out and find yourself someone new! Whether they're a boy or a girl, what matters is that they respect you.

What exactly is your question? I hope you aren't asking how that is possible? If you don't realize by now she cheated you have bigger issues than her being preggers!
Goodluck and remember once a cheater always a cheater. If you are cool with someone cheating on you stay with her and enjoy raising a baby. Otherwise send her packing!

Okay well you know she's pregnant if you can't accept that then I feel you should tell her and move on so she can find someone to help her with that child. I think if talk with this girl and maybe your parents and maybe a few books/classes on parenting you should do fine.
