Well, some weird things have been done in the field of bioengineering recently such as:
Growing a human ear on the back of a rat.
Splicing jellyfish chromosomes with a piglet to yield a piggy with a bright yellow-green snout.
So, maybe weird cat-dog hybrids might happen sometime somewhere.

I'M NOT STUPID....LOL....You're probably sitting at your computer right now laughing with buddies or by yourself trying to find humor in the answers you might get out of such a rediculous question. It probably wasn't even your idea. Somebody said "hey why don't you ask such and such and see what they say back. That's hilarious!!!

You could try artificial insemination, but it still wouldn't work. The chromosomes won't match.
