Try a nice swim at your local swimming hole. I used to keep a spray bottle of water in the fridge. It really helped to cool me down on really hot days. I feel for you sister.

Naturally the "BLACK COHOSH" root. You can buy it in tablet form wherever they sell vitamins. I've been there & done that.
It will take a while until it builds up in your system, but it's worth it.

there are now soy products out one is called estroven that you can take sold at any drugstore or have your doctor write a prescription for hormones
