It's never easy learning how to put eyeliner on. One thing for sure, do not eyeline the whole eye because it makes your eyes look droopy and sad. Pulling your skin at the corner of your eye may give you control but it loosens the skin ans you don't want that. Instead ice your lid for a couple minutes (careful when you do that). That help tighten the skin so you don't have to pull. When you apply the eyeliner use the 3/4 of the eye (from the outside in). Do not use the tip of the pencil use the side of the tip to make it look soft. Start with the outside of the eye, go from the middle of the eye to the outside don't do a dead stop with the pencil when you are done with the line, use it as if it were a brush. The line doesn't have to be a straight line, it looks better when it curves out of the eye a little. When you are done with the outside half then you may use the tip of the pencil to do the inside part of the eye. start at the middle of the eye by gently taping on the lid gradually making the line softer and lighter. Finally make your finger and tap on the line (softly) to make it look a little more natural and to get rid of hard edges. If i had a picture i would show you.

with your index finger, at the outer corner of your eye, pull the skin outward...so it can be thin and more natural.
here is a picture of how this should look like

these might be of some help too?

If you like, you can apply eyeliner all the way toward the nose, which will give the eyes a more open look…but apply it even thinner and only very lightly going toward the nose to keep a soft look. You can slightly smudge the eyeliner before it dries if you like.
If this helped quite a bit you please rate me best answer!

it depends on if it is liquid or the pencill because liquid eye liner is harder to put on
it helps if u place ur index finger at the corner of ur eye and pull the skin tight... u get better control
try not to blink too much after u apply it becuase that would cause it to smudge

hmm... its hard to discribe..Close one eye and brush the liner pencil at the root of your eyelashes. and to smooth it out use a eyeshadow applyer or a qtip. Smudge it a bit to make it look more natural and not so painted on.

slowly and carefully until the desired effect is achieved. practice makes perfect. start with lighter earth tones until you get the hang of it. and always use a sharpened liner pencil
