Just saw Superman and could not believe the "heroinne" -- it was so sad to see her supposed son just shlepped around and abandoned while she ran off to smooch w/ Superman in hiding from her live-in guy (fiance for 5 years??) who fathered her son (or maybe not)....
I thought it was a horrible exampel of all of the worst traits a woman could have -- am I alone here, or does anyone else agree that it was just painful to watch someone care so little for their child and so blindly / stupidly for their "love life"??

I think all comic books that are turned into a movie are way off base to the comic book. The best example was the new x-men movie scott summers "cyclops" never dies in the comic. spider man to me has been the best ones

ya man ,the actress was real dumb..moreover i think tht the wholesome combination of the kid(bastard) and the mother in that scene is a YUK!!..the director could have set a scene in which she kisses in isolated place.
but anywys what a sad movies was superman!!

well, i havnt seen that movie but it surprised me to see this question/comment. it is a example of worst traits, and possibly makes other people think that there are more women like that out their than there really are.
