just cool? i say it when someone asks me what i think of someone or if i am relaying to someone else.i guess i say "cool" so that i am not giving off too much of an opinion.and cool means they didn't stand out as a bad birdy.but that there might be something that we had in common or that struck my intrest about the person.i am from the united states.

USA...A person is cool when they have a decent character, they are honest and have intergrity! A person is cool if you can count on them always. However, this take a while to get to know...so good luck.

i'm from usa, california to be exact, and i call a person cool, when i think the are totaly rad, or have done something totaly amazing!!! but then again, COOL, is used after every 2nd work in the california super dude language!!!!! Chaawww!

A person is defined as cool by his attitude,approach,behaviour in public,proper comprehension and most of all his body language.

i am from the united states. I think people are "cool" if they are true to themselves and others. if you do not judge others and live your life learning all different types of people, you may be suprised about how "cool" you may feel.

Cool, is "easy going", "with it", they "have a clue". They are nice to others and respectful and confident in who they are. They don't judge others and go out of their way to make pple feel good about themselves. That is "cool".
