I'm in the US, so many people here would likely tell you to simply be proud of your complexion. Things are different where you are, that I understand. I'm naturally a light olive (half Native American,) but due to problems with a bad photosensitivity reaction, I've used what's known as a fade milk to blend in the darker spots from the scarring. They're gone, but as a result, the surrounding skin is also much lighter. I would think on your skin, a fade milk (where you are, standard Fair and Lovely might work--it was suggested to me by a South Asian friend to do the initial evening out of the hyperpigmentation and worked wonderfully.) Now that's even, I use Palmer's Eventone Fade Milk. I don't know if you have it there, but it helped even out my dark spots significantly.

If your skin is oily, you can apply tomatoes to your face. It counters oily skin by absorbing surplus oil and also helps get rid of pimples and acne. Apply undiluted tomato paste to your face and leave on for 15 minutes. Wash off with warm, not hot, water. In addition, tomatoes also help lighten the complexion, especially if mixed with cucumber juice. This makes a great face mask for oily skin. Place a cucumber slice on each eyelid and cover the rest of your face with the mask, taking care to avoid the delicate under-eye area.

Good luck babe xx

black color and fairness, there is no relationship at all.
what you required is little grooming, polishing touch, try to develop that and try how to wear smile on your face.
About oily skin, and acne maintain healthy diet, use natural herbals/ Ayurveda products only.
