Kurt Angle. He is just sooo sarcastic and cocky and he gets so into his promos. Even if you hate him you can't help but fall down laughing at everything he says.

(while in Vancouver) "In Canada, you can't even have a barbecue in your backyard without being attacked by a moose or even a grizzly bear. Then again the Grizzlies don't beat anyone here in Vancouver, oh it's true, it's true."

"You still work here?" to Essa Rios, after he was absent from the ring for a long time.

If your Olympic Hero were to use the Worm in the 1996 Olympic Games, it would be so embarassing to all the other atheletes - and our country, mind you- that the USA would have finished behind Guam."

(While battle rapping John Cena) "Once upon a time there was a kid who talked a lot of smack. He's whiter than me, but he thinks he's black! My name is Kurt Angle and what the heck?, I won a gold medal with a broken freakin neck, You better step off cause we ain't friends, I'm movin on up like the Jeffersons, You don't scare me no no no, I may suck but you just blow."

And Tied for second would be chris jericho and the rock.

I dont watch Smackdown so I can't really comment on Booker T's recent spiels. On the RAW side I would say that when Triple H was a heel, he could cut some good serious promos, although they tend to be repetitive and long lol, but still he's good on the mic. Ric Flair also cuts some intense promos and can make any of his feuds seem hype. As for comedy, Eugene can be funny sometimes. Did you hear his poem at the ECW PPV about "having a picnic with Sabu?" lol, just the idea of that ever taking place is hilarious. No one comes close to the Rock though. He is just too funny and has that natural charisma. No wonder he bailed for Hollywood.

I like King Booker during his pre-King days. He cuts good promos with Goldust on Raw before. As far as being the funniest, I think The Rock is still the best. His song "Goldberg Went Down To Georgia" on The Rock Concert on Raw was funny. Man, that made ol' Whiskerbiscuit furious! Jericho and Angle tie up at second place.

William Regal really cracks me up on Smackdown. For him to say "All Hail King Booker" I find very funny. I consider Booker T's character being a fraud right now. The jokes played on Regal were also funny, such as when Paul Birchall lit up a fake bomb, making Regal think that he was going to be killed by it.

The Rock....

The Rock will say some lines that this:

"Who in the BLUE H-E-L-L are you?"
When the person about to answer back, The Rock interrupts back: "It's doesn't matter who you are!"

The Rock calls himself as the Great One, the most electrifying man in sports & Enertainiment.

The Rock raises the People's Eyebrow (actually his own).

and ends off with:

"If Ya smelllll (with his tongue sticking out)....What The Rock (do a few poses)....is....cooking!"

Oh, the Rock definitely has it! He is so f-ing funny! His old promos were just cra-zii! But I think my second fav is John Cena. He makes a corny face, but his raps were just out there!

Hi,

I don't like talking - prefer to see them fight.
Further more I don't find Booker talks funny, but boring:)
