Depends on what one is looking for. If it's a long healthy disease/infection/baby free life, then YES. If you're trying to get pregnant, I would imagine, NO. If you're 15 and you just don't care, you're mentally challenged. When I was younger I used birth control pills and condoms to be extra safe.

As long as its with your soulmate who does not cheat on you, its not necessary to wear a condom. Sex can be truly enjoyed without a condom. Becoz sex means feeling your partner and feeling the oneness of the 2 involved. Otherwise whats the use of sex if its only to get your juices out. So I believe in condomless sex and I do not value casual sex. But if you are casual about sex then better be safe. After all, you aint gonna enjoy the full pleasure of sex without love and oneness.

It is only 90% safe, beware of the 10%. It is not a total contraceptive. Condom brust, slip may cause fluid exchange and pregnancy.
