we r married for last 3 years or so we have good sex life , my wife enjoys lot with me in the bed , but she is not that much aware of orgasm , generally we spend 25-30 minutes during sex and i like caressing and touching after sex , she looks to be satisfied . my question is , is she having orgasm.

if she looks content and satisfied, i'm guessing that she had an orgasm, women's orgasms are different than guys......with guys you definitly know when they have one but with girls you know but there are many different levels of our orgasms......they range from the ones where everything feels really good and you are satisfied afterwards to the very intense ones where it feels like theres electriciy shooting through you're body, its kind of hard to explain but if she's not complaining and she seems satisfied i wouldnt worry that she's not having any

I have experienced several different types of orgasms and I always assumed it was the same for everyone. Anything from climaxing without an actual orgasm to feeling as if I loose control and it is a tingling in my stomach and vagina and my vagina clenches tightly. Generally, there are different kind of orgasms, some women doesn't know it even if they had. Try the caressing before you have sex.
You will know if a women has an orgasm! its unmistakable.
Some do have very quiet ones but you can still tell.

I doubt it. Read a really good sex manual and put some of it into practice, if she catches her breath and feels very wet and her eyes roll back, then maybe she is finally getting off. My man spends an hour with me and hes 74
