Any opinions on Woodcreek Apartments in Fortuna, CA?

I'm moving there to recuperate at the end of September. I'm doing a lot of research on that area and will be driving up to visit several times. I wanted to gather as much info as possible beforehand. Are there any room-shares and other kinds of rentals?

i lived in fortuna for about a year but don't know anything about woodcreek apartments my dad lives in an apartment building somewhere around fortuna but i cant remember the name of it and he hasn't had any problems, sorry i don't have any more info
