If you have a PC/Windows-

Right click on start, left click on explore. A cookies folder should be under my computer -> local disk (c) -> documents and settings -> and then your user name or whatnot.

Go to My Computer, then go to your local hard drive, open Documents and Settings and then open the folder with your username on it. There should be a folder there called "Cookies." You can open that up and view all your cookies and do whatever you will with them (eg, deleting them, which is what you should be doing on a regular basis).

This is if you have a PC, of course. If you have a Mac, then I can't help you there.

Under C:, go to document settings then double click your folder with your username. There you will find a folder called Cookies. The first and the second answers aren't cookies. They're Temporary Internet Files.

You can examine cookies by viewing them from the browser you use. Cookies are not used by the computer, they're used by the different web browsers. In each one, you can see a list of them and delete the ones you don't want to keep.
