Tampons. They don't feel uncomfortable, they don't move, and most important of all, you are not worried about adjusting them or having an accident. I highly recommend Tampax Pearl or Tampax Compaq. For other brands, then OB with or without the applicator.

I just tried wearing tampons for the first time on my cycle and I really loved it. But thay made me a little uncomfortable while peeing but apart from that I m going to wear them for rest of my period ....

I like tampons ..(i wear thongs) but for at night some times i put on a regular pair of underwear and wear a pad but for the most part if i'm going out I wear a tampon

Pads....I know I am probably like the only girl who has never tried a tampon. Its just that pads are so much faster to put on when you are in time limits.

tampons.
they are nice.
it feels like nothing is going on down there.
pads are gross. and it feels like your wearing a diaper.
they are also really uncomfortable.

tampons much cleaner and you do not get the bad odours as much, i didnt start using tampons until after i lost my virginity cos it hurt to much

Pads are gross and dirty.
If I'm on a really heavy cycle, for added protection, I wear both.
