As far as physical beauty goes, they are both pretty, but in different ways. Jen is wholesome and pure pretty (the girl next door), while Angelina's beauty is exotic. As far as Angelina's lips, I believe that they are naturally that full.
Now how about internal beauty. I have not seen or heard of anything that Jen has done to the benefit of others and Angelina has done so very much. In that area, Angelina is a "prettier" person. Of course, I have no idea what Jennifer has done that has not been made public.
