i need help on findin trustworthy friends and in the past alot of them weren't, how can i tell it they are trust worthy or not?

There is no test or way to tell. Only time will tell, and if they fail you feel betrayed. Best advise I could give is to see how they react in bad times, a real friend is by your side, a causal friend is "busy".

You will be able to tell in your heart. Most trustworthy friends wear their hearts on their selves and would do anything for you just believe that there are still people out there that care.
