Yes. All you need is one parents consent. If your father signed, then you are still legally married.
You can contact your local county clerks office to see if you can obtain a copy of the marriage certificate and a copy of the signed consent. The county clerk should also be able to tell you if either is valid. Good Luck!

It depends on the state you were married in, but I think if your father signed-it's a done deal! However, if your father isn't your legal guardian, you're mother might be able to object.
