Take a picture of her biting her toenails unexpectedly & threaten to show her peers. I'm a mom trust me this will work!

Buy that stuff that makes your nails taste terrible. If it tastes bad she might not keep doing it. You can buy it at the drug store or even Wal-Mart.

My son use to do that, he was about that age, I tried to ignore it, I realized that it was a nervous habit, he eventually stopped, no harm done. Just make sure she keeps her feet clean!

cut her feet off. or tape her mouth shut or knock out her teeth so she cant bite anymore
