Even healthier than an older person. Healthy eating habits developed young will stay with you for the rest of your life, and it especially important to eat healthy during teenage years, when the body is growing the most. If you don't supply your body with the right nutrients, it is very easy to stunt your growth and otherwise harm your health

I read in a body-building magazine that this guy eats healthy 6 days a week then eats anything he wants one day a week. In your case, you're so young you could probably do that twice a week. Look at the new food pyramid. That's a good outline. Find fruits and vegetables you like and eat a ton of them! Don't forget your protein either.

If this person wants to be healthy by the golden ages then he / or she should start exercising and eating right because in the long run many kids older and younger die of obesity or anorexia!

You dont need to eat healthy, you can pretty much eat whatever you want as long as you are active. Dont not eat anything, because ytou are growing during puberty and need to keep getting bigger.
