Start with love, respect, and commitment for & to yourself. Then look for supportive people ( I use 12-step Alanon). Along the way, give respect, kindness, and compassion to all who you contact each day.

Absolutely nothing. If you love someone you will be respectful and commited and trustworthy. And life is nothing without love be it an intimate, friendship or family.
