They are just part of the tumbler. The tumbler is the whole inside of the dryer, the part that turns.

They are called baffles. They prevent the clothes from bunching up and allow air to flow through so the drying time is reduced.

Fins sounds good to me. Why? They can't be replaced as they are part of the "basket" or "drum" or what ever you want to call "IT".
