I don't think anyone on the internet has had me take my bra off before!
But, alas, there is no tag. But it is a D and has no wire and supports just fine.
My mom went to a bra fitting 'party' lol And has some super support bras now, and found out she is not a D, but something like a G. Thus, why I have a D bra, when I thought I was a C.
(almost from Edmonton)

Well even though I find your question very strange, I'm compelled to answer it . You are a guy and never have had to wear a bra,so what makes you an expert? After a Women reaches thirty and has had a few children, the bra shapes the Women. Before that ,the Women shapes the Bra. The natural look would mean boobs hanging to the floor(gravity). Is that a look that you want in any Women?

You need a wire, but they make them in comfier styles these days. What I would suggest is having a professional fitting. I did that, and it resolved all of my bra problems forever. They usually can do this for you at better lingerie stores or department stores, like Nordstroms or Macys. I had mine done at the Bon. They fit you, try various bras on you, and determine the best ones. Then, you have the name, size & style of the best fitting bras. You can buy them there, and when you need replacements, you can buy them online. It takes a few hours, but you never have to shop for them again. If you have a big weight gain or loss, or a pregnancy, you might want to go again in a few years, but otherwise you are good to go. Plus, in most stores, this service is free. I am shy, but it was not embarrassing, I was never uncovered. If you are a hard fit, and the variety of bras overwhelms you, i would really recommend a fitting.

Try and find a bra that does not have a wire! Maybe a jogging bra? Those have a tendency to squish the breasts but they do the job of keeping them off your knees or feet as the case maybe.

Try the Body By Victoria collection bras, they are very nice, a little expensive but worth it. I love the lightly lined ones with underwire, so comfortable, like you do not know your wearing a bra. I'm a 40c and love them.

To make the bra buying experience (which you'll have to have) more enjoyable and productive, schedule a fitting. Most major department stores, and Victoria's Secret, have bra fitters.
They'll let you know the correct size and style for your needs.

I don't think we D girls can get by without a wire. Oh how I wish it weren't so. I prefer Bali, but I HATE all of the bras I own right now and I hate shopping for them too. I feel your pain...literally.

There are these awful bras designed without wires that look like granny bras that are sold like Avon. Around here they are called Bra-zeers. They hold you up but kill your back.
My favs are body by victoria un padded unlined. they are nice. only prob. they only go up to DD. For a D, it should be easy.
