no smartass answers please....i was in a friendship about 2 years ago and we just suddenly stopped talking... but i just recently saw him and he's mad at me.. and i don't even know why nor do i know why we stopped talking in the first place. last time i talked to him he was with a girlfriend that didn't like me. and me and her never talked to each other..so i don't know what to think if the girl told him something to make him mad at me. now, i was told he's single .. so i guess what i'm trying to ask is how do i go about talking to him again? i just want to know why he stopped talking to me all of a sudden and why is he mad at me?.. or do you guys think i should just leave it alone... i mean we were close friends at one point for about 7 years...

i just want to be his friend again... not girlfriend never was and never will be..just friends.. i know that may sound unrealistic to some people but friends netween males and females do sometimes work out.

Nothing bad ever comes from just asking. Go up to him and ask why he is so mad at you. There is a number of things that could have caused him to be angry at you. It could be the girl said some things to him about you or he is angry at the fact that your friendship dissapated during that relationship. You will not ever find out the real reason unless you just ask him.
The worst he could say or do is just not talk to you.

Maybe his gf at the time told him he wasn't allowed to talk to you, sounds really stupid and selfish but it's very possible, just come right out and ask him why he stopped talking to you.Chances are his ex gf was jealous of his friendship with you and gave him a choice.hopefully once you talk to him you can work out your friendship.Good luck

a girlfriend have a greater influence than you think.. if you had a boyfriend.. surely you wouldn't want him hang out with other girls.. my girl is doing the same, she leave her marks infront of other girls..
if you liked him, i am afraid you have lost your chance.. because 'just friends' do not really work in the real world.. i always feel threatened from her male collegues at work.. cannot really explain it more..sorry
if you want to continue your friendship with him.. respect his girlfriend's wishes and bounderies.. but that doesn't stop you from trying to be her friends..

If you want to be his friend again you need to be upfront and honest and find out what made him stop talking to you. His g.f. prob told him to or something. Just ask him and tell how you are feeling. If he cares anything about you he will try to work it out.

If you value the friendship and want to reconcile, then ask him.
I can't guess why he stopped talking to you (maybe it was his ex-but he still chose to stop talking to you) but, you can't assume.
Ask him if he would be willing to sit down with you and talk.

well he might be mad at u cuz u stoped taalking to him but if not that then just straight up ask him why hes mad? if he finds out u dont kno then hell tell u and ull be able to resolve it

I think that she probably did tell him sumthing that was not true but messed up.What i would do is just go up to him and be like please just please answer my question and than be like why r u mad at me did i i do something?if so just tell me and we'll talk about it please cuz from what i remember i didnt do n-e-thing to make u mad .....i hope.......and than c what he has to say after that...
