I'm not really quite sure yet. I'd like to believe that it's real, but I sometimes think it's just a fairy tale.

There is no such thing as the love portrayed in movies. Humans are driven by a need to procreate and love is nothing more than a driving lust. After awhile, when you no longer have the drive to mate, emotions mellow. Look around you. Its all about mating, sex, sex and old people pills. Maybe Im disheartened by my choices or just a realist. Dont know, dont care. I think love is nothing more than varying degrees of lust. Love between parent and child or family is different. Maybe love means you care what the person thinks and what would make them happy. Or you would die for them if it came down to it. Maybe Im just confused.

It is 100% real, just hard to find knowadays. However just because you are in love with someone, doesn't mean your relationship will be perfect (that's the fairytail). Do not get depressed that you cannot find someone that loves you, it takes time, but in the end it will be worth waiting for someone who loves you for what you are. You need to get out and have some fun, love is not something you need to be worried about, when it happens, it happens and there is no stopping it.

It is hard since sex and pleasure are pushed so much that love is skewed.

Love is real. When GOD created man, HE put the "flame of love" to be used constructively but with the influence of the evil spirit, the flame of love was turned into hatred.... used in a destructive manner most of the time.

Love IS real. Unfortunately it is all too often confused with enfatuation and lust. It comes few and far between and for good reasons. Only age and experience can teach you this so be patient and enjoy the lust part safely. ;)
