This is just a question. I would not date a married man. However, there are so many women who will and do; a lot of these women think that the man will live his wife and family to be with her. As a women, why would you want to go from mistress on the side to dumb a$$ bride?

Most men who have affairs don't leave their wives/families. I read somewhere that statistically men only leave their wives something like maybe 8% of the time. If you do an internet search you can probably find the exact numbers, but either way it's not in the mistress' favor.

some of them leave their wives but if a man has money and position he wont ever leave the wife as he would lose so much money, usually the wife catches him and tosses him out and takes his money, so then he goes to his mistress broke and a mess.

well i was a mistress for 8 months and he only left his wife for one week and went back to her cause he couldn't stand leaving his son which i understand by far being a parent myself but it wasn't long after he went back to his wife that i meet someone else and told him that it was over that i couldn't take being someone on the side it was all or nothing and I'm thankful that he choose nothing cause now i have a wonderful man and been with him for almost 5 yrs now.

never. i need my independance. i could never be someones mistress unless, of course, i didn't know I was. men do that to make themselves feel better about themselves. and the women who think he'll leave his wife for them have self esteem issues, you know?

a number of them leave their different halves yet when a guy has money and position he wont ever leave the spouse as he would lose a lot money, many times the spouse catches him and tosses him out and takes his money, so then he is going to his mistress broke and a multitude.

No I left my ex because he was a cheater and take it from me once a cheater always a cheater. If a woman is that pathetic to stay with a man who cheatson her than she deserves to be cheated on.

I left mine once.... of course she was cheating as well.... and the lady I am now married to did it because she said she LOVED me and new my ex was cheating
