Remember the fundamentals. The percentages are on your side. Expect to go out there and be hyper. Expect to go out there and NOT have your best stuff. Expect the first inning to be a battle. Don't drop your head, in the midst of the battle, decide to keep going. Don't be afraid to hit one of the first batters. Its your mound, your diamond - enjoy it!

best way to kick some butt when pitching is to get mad or think about something that doesnt make you pleased that way you throw strikes

Do's-Throw strikes...Keep the ball down...Change speeds...
Don't-Throw as many hanging curves as I did!
