I would journey to say no, or at least most likely not. If the clothing were super thin or wet it could hypothetically go through, but in normal circumstances, I don't think so. However, if you want to be safe, when he gets ready to ejaculate, ask him to pull away from you to do so. By the way, you get extra credit for waiting and being smart!

no don't worry, clothing is your condom, just make sure to have one handy when you guys are making out, just in case. I know for my own experience...I got pregnant at 17 , because we didn't have a condom handy. and when you are too exited you forget everything..
