yeah,my life changed drastically.I went from being single and enjoying my everyday tasks,to being in love, engaged, looking forward to a future with my love and having twins.I think that is the greatest thing that could happen in a year.

In the past two days, I bought a new car and my little brother got engaged.
My husband and I have changed jobs/added more to our income several times in the past 12 months. He had a layoff and went to work for a temp service. We're both substitute teachers. I've scored tests for 3 months and now I'm working in a customer service position.
My brother-in-law got married in April and announced baby #3 last month.
I hosted my first Easter Dinner this year.
We moved from a trailer to a condo in February.
In January, we attended an adoption class. I also went back to school.
In December, we almost bought a house, but the structure wasn't approved by the financers.
In Novemeber, we started seriously looking for a new home
In October, we were approved for our mortgage

Well, yes my life has changed a lot for me this year even though the year isn't over yet. Early this year was a very big decision whether we should go on working with our business, or wait till someone with a project comes and manage it together as a team with another Business partner. But things and life have changed enormously this past winter. I'm personal friends with an Lakota / Cherokee Native American Indian from the United States of America. Her name is Elder Grandmother Waynonaha Two Worlds. I met her years ago here in The Netherlands in an interview I had with her, I'm an American and I live in The Netherlands . We often talk or write e-mails to each other. There was one e-mail that got to me it was ''This is a message for help!'' I was speechless the help was that the Native American Indians in the United States of America were freezing to death and fighting there the poverty because there wasn't anyway for recieving funds in the United States Grandmother Waynonaha had asked assistance for help. I of course in the middle of everything I wrote back to answer this e-mail and I said I wanted to help where I can. I was in contact with a Foundation in the United States who is working on the Fundraising for the Native Americans, what I could do at that moment it was to collect Donations for the Heating Assistance Program. I went on my way and started collecting from my friends I had lots of reactions too, after sending the contributions for them I wanted to know more about non-profit organisation, I was given ideas where to go for this. I have gone to the Chamber of Commerce I needed for this a document to start a Foundation this costs lots of money. So here and there scraping to get it together. My husband and I were participating at a fair and while I was busy with clients at that moments my husband was talking elsewhere at another stand afterwards he brought along a couple with him and to announce to me that I recieved a gift that was a '' Foundation''. The couple informed me that they weren't doing anything with it and because I''m working for a good cause for the Native American Indians in the United States they said its your dream. You have no idea how much this meant for me. I was touched with a tear I know that I''m going to put the new Foundation I recieved diffinitely for the Humantitarian and financial support where I and my Foundation can be of help.

Well you could say it's been different, lets see !?! I turned 50, I thought it would be awful, but, it turns out that I feel more secure with my self. My 25 year old daughter is getting married in 2 months, so I'm gaining a son-in-law, who's a really good guy. My art work is getting more well known in my area. I'll shortly be celebrating my 32 anniversary[I got married young] still in love !!!! Well it's not all that great for some, but, for me it's been a great year so far !!
Tell me more about yours!

.... I am a first time mom. My baby boy is the most beautiful child in the world. I never thought it was possible to love someone so much! ... For the last month, I've been the sole provider for my family. That's a bit daunting. Thankfully I recently received a fairly large raise... That's another first, I've never made this much before and this year is the first time my hourly wage is higher than my husband's....

Wow, in one year it seems like I just grew up! I was in high school and graduated 7th in my class, started college in the summer, got a job, bought a car!!, went to Mexico twice without my parents, helped raise my cousin (lol), almost got fired, got a tan, did my taxes for the first time, and a whole bunch of other things that seemed a lot cooler then than they do now.

my life changed drastically on august 29 last year. when hurrricane katrina hit new orleans. we left our home two days before with nothing but the clothes on our backs, not imagining in a million years that we would never be able to go back in our home again. we lost everything. but God has blessed us.

it did. i wanted to join the airforce and i was waiting for my sixteenth birthday and 11th stnd exams to be over, so i cud send in my application forms.
unfortunately, i hurt my spine badly jus before my exams....ruining my chance of joining the airforce n nearly failing my exams. it took me nearly 6 months to get bck to school inorder to finish my high school. i was wayyy behind everyone and again i had to really scrape through to pass.
so i guess, in the past year i had to endure tremondous physical pain along with the mental pain of knowing tht i'l nevr achieve my life's ambition of joining the airforce, knowing tht i'l never be the sports person my school used to rely on, n being a st. A's student it's hard to cope with struggling to pass. it was horrible. i had to fight real hard from falling into a depression....worse tht i cudn't get up...had to lie flat on my back for nearly 5months.
on the other hand i seem to hav become more patient nicer wiser....my family calls me the oldest 17yr old they know....and optimistic. since i can't join the airforce anymore....i decided to go into the nxt thng i like best...animals. i'm working towards becoming a zooligist.
