I dont expect to live to retirement age,i feel the government has earned enough from my contributions and it is now my turn.

Why have you asked this question so many times. No they don't issue refunds because you think you might not live to retirement.

Unless you are 65 or disabled - it ain't gonna happen. And even then, you won't get it all at once.
