Let's see, there are 8 octaves. Each octave has 8 white keys and 5 black ones.
So that's 13 keys per octave, times 8 octaves, that's 104.
I'm going completely off of memory here, though, so I might be wrong. I haven't gotten my hands on a "real" piano since before I moved out almost 3 years ago.

Almost every modern piano has 88 keys (seven octaves plus a minor third, from A0 to C8). Many older pianos only have 85 keys (seven octaves from A0 to A7).
