I m into a lust relation, married Indian with a daughter 4 year old, second one is on the way. I had a GF before marriage with whom I broke and then got married to my wife. With regret I have to say, even I used to keep the intimacy with this lady after marriage bcoz somewhere I was not fully happy with my wife’s looks, but her character is good for which I fall for her and can never leave her.3 month back I had some arguments with my GF and we had enough fights and she even called my wife on the phone but did not reveal anything. My wife never mistakes me as I give her the best. Now after we broke up for the past 3months, I still have her thoughts and I sometimes wish I could meet her again….I tried controlling myself but temptations take Control of me. She, the GF is not too honest with me I know, as far as I know she wants sex and someone to take care. I used to pass by her work place and residence just to see her from far…should I go to physiatrist?

You need to go to the clinic and get tested for STD's. Your poor pregnant wife could get some nasty stuff from you and your girlfriend! You need to tell your wife so SHE can decide if she wants to stay with your cheating *ss! Your wife probably isn't happy with your looks either. You should be ashamed!

No, your fine. If your not happy with your wife's looks tell her what she can do to change them example baby you would be so much sexier if you wore your hair down. Most women want their men to tell them how to do it and what feels good. (if you know what I MEAN) You need to stop doing things to get you in trouble. Go to a sex store and pick something out you never know your wife may be totally in to it. All I'm saying is your wife needs to give you more and you need to make her feel more appreciated and sexy in the bedroom a big turn on.

If you know what you are doing is wrong then why do you need a psychiatrist? You don't need to know why you are doing what you are doing. You simply need to stop doing what you are doing. Figure the why out later and stop destroying your life, your wife's life and your kids' life. Either be with your wife or divorce her, pony up the child support and kick it with your GF until she gets on your nerve then trade up for a newer model.

the mind is willing but the flesh is weak. In order to change you must make a commitment to your wife and daughter. You are being selfish. What are you going to do when you catch an illness from this women and give it to your wife? Who will raise your daughter when you and your wife die from such an illness?

Be faithful to your wife. Would you want her to cheat on you? Trust is so important in relationships and adultery ruins so much. Be one of the good men who loves and respects his wife enough to be only with her. That is the right thing to do. :)

Just get out of it... You are responsible for your own sexual pleasures no one else and one other thing you may want to do is to make the prayer that is if things in your heritage that hinders your sexual life, ask for it to be broken. Keep in mind that it is not wrong to start wrong but it is wrong to say wrong…
