Without palpating or getting a sonogram from a vet, there is not sure way to tell. Some does that were bred, but didn't get pregnant, still go through the hormonal changes of a pregnant rabbit, so will show every sign of being pregnant (i.e. being aggressive, eating more, and even plucking fur for a nest).

Offer the doe a fair sized box with hay or straw in it. If she takes an interest, moving the stuff around and pulls any hair from her body, this is a 100% sign, as she is making a nest and will birth within a week. If you just had her bred, put the male back in with her. Female rabbits are bred, when copulation occurs and the buck falls over on his side. Make sure you remove the buck before birth of kits as males will consume babies often times.

is difficult to tell when a rabbit is bred. Some experienced breeders can feel the kits, but it takes practice. She may start building a nest with straw if you put some in or pulling out fur. that would mean she is getting close. If in fact she is pregnant..make sure that you stay away from her babies after they are born because they may eat them.

The female rabbit will often start building a nest out of hay (if you give any to her). So, if you put hay in the hutch or cage and then next day she has started to form a nest she's pregnant.

Unfortunately you would have to take it to a vet to be sure. Sorry, that's the way it is. If your rabbit appears to be pregnant, and isn't, you should take it to the vet anyways.
