Make sure that you are completely healed up, inside and out.

Take out pastas, breads, and eggs from your diet. They are all very fatty and helps the fat stay on.

Do alot of walking, crunches, and situps. You can also go to a gym and do weight training for the abdominals.

i wish i knew honey, i have tried everything, i have been told, because of the dead nerve endings, you can never have a COMPLETLEY flat tummy again (i have had 2 c-sections)
