Well, normally my sister and i get along great were 2 years apart (shes almost 16) but lately she been very like curt with me like if im annoying her so badly and the thing is i know im an annoying person ( Any tips on how to stop that?) What i want to know is from people with younger sisters do you always like them and just in a bad mood sometimes or what/ How do you feel about your younger or older sister that's close to you in age.
-Twins don't count because that's just a totally different type of relationship-

Option 2- shes on her period? Its been goign on for like 2 or 3 days so does she not like me anymore or just in bad mood

Honey I am the oldest of 4 and it is hard sometimes to get along with them we fight and argue sometimes but that doesn't mean that we hate each other at all...Your sis loves you and you gotta give her some space sometimes cause you know some people need space to figure somethings out in life...She loves you maybe you do annoy her a little but that is what we do to our siblings sometimes....Just step back a little give her some space and she will come around...Good Luck!!!

Your sister will always love you no matter what. You have to just accept that she is in a bad mood and not ask her what's wrong all the time because it will annoy her even more.
My younger sister and I are 5 years apart but she is my best friend. The good thing about our relationship is that we know eachothers moods and can understand what the other is feeling and thinking without saying anything. So when my sister is curt with me or really quiet I just leave her for as long as it takes and then when she has had time to deal with her feelings she will talk to me. The only difference is that if we are pissed off or annoying eachother we will just come out and say it. Then 5 minutes later we are laughing like nothing has happened. All I can say is think back to a time when you have been in a bad mood, snappy and curt and you just didn't feel like talking to anyone. Did she leave you alone or did she get in your face? If she left you alone and didn't bother you then you should give her the same respect and just accept that she is in a bad mood. And try not to turn the focus of her bad mood back on you, because not everything has to be you. (I'm not trying to be rude, just saying wat my sister has said to me before!!)

I have one older( 2 yrs apart)and one younger(2 years apart) sister,try being in the middle.But to answer your qst ..it never gets easy,because regardless if sisters or not,moods happen,and never are moods meant to hurt the other person,they are just a fact of life.

I have a little sister. Although we are twice your age. We get a long great. There are days when you will hate each other but with time things get better. She is on her period give her a break. I know that I can be a major ***** when I'm on mine. So ease up and talk to her again in a few days.

This may be a bit lengthy, but I am going to give it my best shot. I do have a younger sister. In fact I have two of them. I love them both, but have not really ever been close to them due to the way we grew up and parents divorced. However, my baby sister lives with me now. I find that she gets in really bad moods when three different things happen. NOT to say this is the case with your sister, but my sister gets in a really bad mood when she is sex delinquent, when she is coming down off drugs, and when she is about to start her monthly flow. I know how tough it can be to love a sister and want to draw close to her, be here best friend, and share all the love you feel for her with her. It may be that your sister is suffering some emotional things that she is afraid to talk to you about or to embarrassed to tell you about. It may be that she is just moody and does not know how to handle the huge amount of hormone surges that girls your age have from time to time. I am sure your sister loves you and does not want to hurt you. I think you should do this though: your best bet is to talk to her. Be honest about your feelings with her. Let her see your side of it. It could be that she does not see it from your point of view, or have even a clue that you are feeling anything negative about the way she has been acting to you. Give her a chance to open up as well. If this does not work, then wait it out. She will come to you. It may take a long time, and you may even have to get a bit rude back to her, but in time she will come to you. I wish you lots of luck. I think I have made my sister despise me because I am on her all the time about drugs. I wish she would get off them and stay off. I fear that one morning I will get up and find her dead in her bed or in the bathroom floor or something. She says she is not doing them, but I am no fool. I know when she is on them. I have just turned a blind eye to it because I love her so much and hate for us to be angry all the time. Anyway. Sorry for rambling on about my sister to you. well my sisters like the same age so i sorta got the same feeling...(and no were not twins were sisters by marriage)...and she gets on my nerves sometimes if she says something that would offend me or just plain does something stupid...but i mean the annoying thing that probly has something to do with it too...but then again...have you always been annoying?!?!?...and if you have then your on your own because i cant think of anything else that would cause that!!!

Ive 2 got sisters and im in the middle, its great to have them around but sometimes you just need to be alone and need your space. She doesn't hate you but just wants some space!

i love my sister very much we are 2 years apart I'm 21 and she is 19 when we were your and your sisters ages we fought a lot now we don't fight at all consider it growing pains.
